Three-Year Limited Warranty


Any GLX Helmets found to be defective in materials and/or workmanship within three years from the date of purchase will be repaired or replaced at the expense of the manufacturer free of charge when received ‍‍‍at the factory. This warranty ONLY applies to the original purchaser of the helmet. Any modifications made by the user will void warranty. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, and any implied warranties of merchantability for a particular purpose created hereby are limited to the same duration as the express warranty herein. GLX Helmets shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages in connection with the purchase, use or handling of the helmet.. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. GLX Helmets does not warrant that proper use of this product will protect from serious injury or death.


Note: Normal wear of components is not covered by the repair/replace portion of this warranty. Damage to the helmet due to misuse or dropping the helmet is not covered by the repair/replace portion of this warranty.


Due to evolving helmet standards, technologies and the potential for unseen material deterioration, it is recommended that you replace your helmet every five years. To replace a defective helmet under the Three-Year Warranty send the following:


  1. Defective helmet
  2. Original or copy of receipt from Certified Dealer
  3. Dated letter describing the defect ( You may also email us with your order number)
  4. Name, return address and phone

GLX Helmets warrants that each new Bluetooth will be free from defective materials and workmanship for a period of one(1) year from date of original purchase. GLX Helmets will remedy any such defect by repair or replacement (at our option) of the unit, provided the unit is delivered to the address listed below, intact, with all transportation charges prepaid and accompanied by a copy of original receipt and return authorization number. The provisions of this warranty shall not apply to any unit that has been subject to misuse, neglect, incorrect installation, unauthorized modification, accident, or has been repaired or altered outside of our factory. The express warranty contained herein is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed, or implied or statutory, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use. In no event will GLX Helmets be liable to the buyer for any damages, including special, incidental, indirect, or consequential.


RETURN POLICY


We have a 21-day return policy with proof of purchase


  1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  2. It must also be in the original packaging
  3. Gift Cards are non-Refundable
  4. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
  5. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Note:You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

You will be notified Via email of your refund. Please expect 3-5 Business days for your refund to return to your card used at time of purchase.

GLX Helmets cannot ship to a PO Box. You must provide a physical address for exchanges.
